Energy is vital to our daily lives. Over the coming decades, more people will gain access to energy and enjoy higher standards of living. At the same time, climate change remains a serious concern. We use human ingenuity, innovation and technology to unlock more, cleaner energy for the years ahead.
Shell has been operating in Trinidad and Tobago for over 100 years, and in that time has become a globally recognised brand with a world-class investment portfolio. As such, we take seriously our responsibility to partners and stakeholders, striving for the highest standards of safety and performance across all operations. Currently, we have seven offshore and onshore blocks across the country’s North and East Coast Marine Areas, as well as a large presence in Atlantic LNG, the sixth largest LNG exporter in the world. Additionally, we are involved in a number of social investment and community projects, reaffirming our commitment to sustainable development in Trinidad and Tobago, both within the energy sector and beyond it.
